Hello! I’m Krystal – I began working in the assisted reproductive technology space in 2008 and founded My Donor Connection in 2011 with one goal: to give intended parents clarity, guidance, and control as they navigate the egg donation and surrogacy process.

Seventeen years later, I can confidently say I still love this work. The field continues to evolve, and I learn something new every day. It keeps me humbled and deeply invested in doing this well.

At home, my husband Jay and I manage a beautifully chaotic crew – five kids (some grown), two dogs, and two cats. When I am not fielding very specific cycle questions or coordinating behind-the-scenes moving parts, you will find me with my family, starting another DIY project, reading, or driving someone to a sporting event.

Every journey is different and comes with its ups and downs, but I wouldn’t change my role for a minute. It’s an honor to walk alongside incredible surrogates and donors and help turn intended parents’ dreams into a reality.
